Hentqi20 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the hentqi20 platform by all registered users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before using any of the services we offer.
These terms take effect from the date your account is registered. Continued use of the platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account with hentqi20 or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any additional policies published from time to time.
Use of the hentqi20 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility requirements:
- Aged 18 or above at the time of account registration.
- Is legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Malaysian law.
- Not prohibited from using online betting services under the local laws applicable to the user's location.
- Registering an account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
Hentqi20 reserves the right to decline any registration application or terminate the account of any user who does not meet the eligibility requirements above, without obligation to provide a reason.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Each user is permitted to register one account only on hentqi20. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information may result in your account being suspended.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. hentqi20 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect that your account has been compromised or accessed without authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately.
General User Responsibilities
Users agree not to use the hentqi20 platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or system manipulation purposes. This includes but is not limited to: attempting to hack or breach platform systems, using automated software or bots to place bets, colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, and any form of money laundering through platform transactions.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Policy in MYR
All financial transactions on the hentqi20 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made using supported local banking methods.
Deposit
Deposits can be made using the local payment methods listed in your account's deposit section. Funds deposited via verified online banking methods are typically credited instantly. hentqi20 is not responsible for any delays caused by third-party banking systems beyond our control.
Withdrawal
Withdrawals are processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same name as the platform account holder. hentqi20 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before approving any withdrawal as a fraud prevention measure. Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and the account's compliance with the verification requirements in place.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by hentqi20 are subject to wagering and usage requirements stated separately for each offer. Any attempt to abuse or circumvent bonus terms will result in the cancellation of the relevant bonus, and hentqi20 reserves the right to take further action against the accounts involved.
Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

Hentqi20 provides the platform on an as-is basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. The hentqi20 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for user convenience. hentqi20 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites and is not responsible for any damage or loss arising from your use of such services. Account Suspension, Closure & Changes to Terms
Account Suspension & Closure
Hentqi20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is reasonable cause to believe the user has violated any terms set out in this document, engaged in fraudulent activity, or used the platform for unlawful purposes. In the case of an unjustified suspension, users may contact our support team to request a case review.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting hentqi20 customer support. Any valid remaining balance in a voluntarily closed account will be processed for withdrawal, subject to verification requirements and any outstanding bonus usage conditions.
Changes to Terms
Hentqi20 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Governing Law
